CAROL ANN BELL
Carol Ann Bell, M.Ed., lives in the metropolitan D.C. area. She received her invitation to the most incredible gift at a turning point in her life in 1993. She is forever grateful to her Lord and Savior for her deliverance and salvation. She prays that the inspired words she penned during her quiet time with God will lead many to ask, seek, and knock on the door which opens to the Lord's goodness.

How it all started…
The title, As My Father Tells Me,” began with my desire to learn about God from the scriptures after receiving the gift of salvation in 1993. I was writing from the still, quiet voice that ministered to my fears, loneliness, and feelings of rejection. Daily writing allowed me to express on paper my innermost hurts, and in return, God's voice spoke truth and life through his Word. Many writings later, the wounds and struggles became my testimonies, my victories! God, who is faithful, will always send His healing power to the broken places, but I learned that it first comes with a heart of acknowledging where I was, which leads to repentance, honesty, and the faith to agree that healing was also a gift placed on my path.
I rejoice with praise and thanksgiving for God has taught me a new and living way.
